Our team moved to San Francisco to transform how online stores are built and operated
After the hackathon, we cold-visited 300+ local stores in SF. We found that many of them struggle to establish an online presence and are unsure how to grow their online sales.
To address this, we built an agentic system that can:
1.
Audit a store to find what is blocking growth
2.
Generate potential actions plans* and simulate the expected output to select the most probable option
*i.e. update product page design, change pricing, start a new campaign
3.
Plan projects and deploy changes directly to online stores

Our goal is to build the first online store fully operated by AI agents by end of 2026
Today, five online stores in San Francisco are already operated by AI agents with human assistance. Within the next year, our goal is to demonstrate that AI-operated stores can grow faster than human-operated stores.
